Returns & Policy 

Any items that are personalised cannot be returned. 

All fabric items can be returned as long as they are in a new & unused condition.

All cards can be returned as long as they are in a new & unused condition. 

Refunds will be given upon reception of goods and their conditions have been verified.

 

Damaged or defective items

It is really important for us that you are happy with your items quality, so if any items arrive damaged or defected, please get in touch with us at the soonest and we will do our best to fix this for you.

Shipping takes 5-7 working days for Europe. 

We dispatch products as soon as possible, bearing in mind some of our products are made to order.  For multiple item orders, we will only dispatch when all items are available.

Please note that during the Christmas season, due to an increase in orders and deliveries, your order could take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
